Your new role
As a Policy Advisor within the Customer Experience Division’s Roadside Facilities Team, you will provide advice and support in the direction of policy and leadership for all roadside facilities on the strategic road network (SRN). You will be joining a national team that collaborates with a broad range of stakeholders including ministers, public and government bodies, developers and operators of roadside facilities.
Depending on your experience you could be involved in supporting and advising on requirements for signing facilities on the SRN, collaborating on the links between policy and the delivery of new project initiatives in support of customer need and experience.
This role is Manchester based. Leeds can be considered. There will be a requirement for occasional travel to Birmingham.
