Your new company You will be working for a leading provider of integrated facilities management.
Your new role As the assistant facilities manager, you will work with and provide assistance to the Facilities Manager to support for the day-to-day operational delivery of Facilities Management services. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in ensuring compliance with legislative, client and health and safety requirements at the site.
Working with the Facilities Manager to coordinate client budgets and report any escalated situations.
Ensuring all contractors operate with-in the appropriate processes and standards.
Assisting in the coordination of the operational delivery in designated site areas including Catering, Security, Technical Services & Specialist Sub Contractors.
What you’ll need to succeed
Facilities Management Qualifications- IOSH.
Experience in a trade/technical background with a hands on approach.
People management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
Computer literate- Excel, Word.
Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry.
Experience in delivering technical services and projects.
