The Business Development Manager will be working on behalf of a globally operating OEM and HVAC company. The scope of the Business Development Manager position is diverse, providing challenge and variation within the role alongside the support of an experienced management network. The role provides the successful candidate with a platform to make a genuine positive impact given that an entrepreneurial and innovative approach is encouraged.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager;
Manage and retain existing UK accounts by creating an in depth understanding of customer’s current and future requirements.
Generate sales by identifying new markets and opportunities to deliver sustainable and profitable growth for the company.
Be able to undertake site visits to discuss projects with customers, offer advice on the best possible solution and obtain the necessary information to allow an accurate quotation to be prepared.
Report and communicate into the business via the monthly sales meetings regarding overall account updates, progress on company strategies, sales co-ordination and other key topics.
Engaging in a personal and career development programme to promote progression from the Business Development Manager position.
Operating an agile, dynamic and innovative solution to supporting in providing clients with bespoke solutions.
To be successful in this Business Development Manager position ideally candidates will have a background working within commercial or sales. Preferably candidates will have a background within HVAC, however OEM experience will be considered.
In addition to salary, the successful Business Development Manager will also receive a car allowance, competitive pension, private health care, expected bonus between £15,000-£25,000, phone, tablet and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
