Time Recruitment are partnered with an award-winning specialist Mortgage Company who offer commercial, residential and Buy to Let Mortgages. Over the past 23 years they have built up a wealth of experience assisting Mortgage Intermediaries in the placement of their cases across their entire specialist panel of lenders. Now recruiting for Case Managers to join their team.

A CeMap qualification is desirable, but NOT essential, however previous experience working in a Mortgage Environment is necessary – specifically in the Underwriting, Case Management or Advising process.

As a Mortgage Case Handler you will be expected to:

– Process and manage Mortgage Applications through to completion.
– Take ownership and management of tasks to successfully deliver Mortgage completions for customers.
– Work within a regulatory procedural framework – so a professional and detailed approach is necessary.
– Deliver excellent telephone and admin service to Mortgage customers, Mortgage Lenders and Solicitors.
– Manage a number of cases, keeping in contact with various points of contact as well as the customer.
