Our client is a New Zealand owned multi-disciplinary building consultancy firm with head offices based in the Auckland CBD as well as offices in Wellington and Christchurch. They currently have around 85 staff across the 3 offices, which in NZ terms is a decent size offering.

This is a highly regarded, and awarded firm who are looked to as technical experts in their field. They offer a mixture of professional and commercial building consultancy services to clients nationwide across a diverse range of sectors, including: Apartments, Commercial, Industrial, Civic and Transport.

They are currently looking for a number of Chartered Building Surveyors to join their Auckland based team. This team is typically involved in highly technical projects, and do work across the full spectrum of commercial building surveying services.

Relevant Skills and Experience:

Relevant tertiary qualification
– 5 years experience in a Building Surveying consultancy
– Project experience from a range of different building types – residential and commercial preferred
– Strong report writing
– Ability to manage client relationships
– Be able to work accurately and independently whilst managing your time to meet deadlines
