Roles and Responsibilities:
Advising clients on corporate secretarial and governance best practice;
Maintaining strong relationships with clients
Ensuring to provide solutions to issues regarding compliance
Working with the directors to develop new products and services
Creating draft legal and secretarial documents
Managing projects, including compliance reviews and company eliminations.
Advising clients based on their portfolios
Aiding the directors with business development tasks.
Demonstrating flexibility in a small team environment and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and assist in all aspects of the firm’s development
Experience and Qualifications:
Over a year’s practical company secretarial experience.
Preferably a 2:1 degree
Working knowledge of company secretarial software packages (Diligent Entities/GEMS etc)
Personal Qualities and Behaviours:
Excellent organisation skills
Flexible approach to be able to work on multiple projects;
Able to use initiative
Committed to learning and continuous improvement
