HCA have a growing Contact Centre in Prestatyn which is currently undergoing a period of growth and development, as such we are looking to recruit to several Contact Centre Advisers to join our busy team
The Contact Centre Adviser will be responsible for providing an outstanding Healthcare referral booking service to our valued customers ensuring a seamless patient journey. Duties include management of inbound & outbound calls, emails and live chat providing high quality customer service.
Flexible Working Patterns
Our Contact Centre Advisers work on a rota basis with flexible shift options between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8.30am-5pm on Saturdays.
As we are currently developing our Contact Centre we have a range of part time or full-time and permanent and interim roles available with options for evening or Saturday shifts only.
Along with a starting salary of £17,680, the incumbent will also receive 25 days holiday, private healthcare and our company flexible benefits scheme.
This role is based in our North Wales offices, Prestatyn.
