As a Credit Hire Claims Handler you must be confident with a highly professional telephone manner and able to deliver a first class service at all times.
You will be dealing with new inbound specialist motor accident claims on behalf of clients who are reporting incidents to their respective insurers. You will be responsible for handling claims from cradle to grave, collating all relevant documentation and evidence to support the claim and liaising with insurance companies, third parties and legal professionals. Additionally, you will work in a swift and efficient manner when contacting clients to introduces service to the, engaging the correct dialogue to manage their expectations.
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and self motivated individual with an innovative mindset. The successful candidate must have previous experience as a Claims Handler within a motor claims/insurance and credit hire environment a strong understanding of the claims process from start to finish and good geographical knowledge. Furthermore, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to multi-task.
