Main purpose of job:
Working within the Customer Claims team you will be handling inbound calls/emails from customers reporting initial claims, taking ownership of a portfolio of claims from the initial application through to resolution/completion, delivering a quality driven claims outcome and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monday to Friday 9:00am-17:30pm
