Customer Service Administrator £18,000 per annum Manchester Monday to Friday – 8 to 4.30
The company: Time Recruitment is representing a an ambitious, and dynamic business based in Manchester City Centre. The company have received huge investment, and have a strong, and ever-expanding client base due to their modern concept, and the excellent service that they provide. They are looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to their impressive, modern offices, to join their fun, social team.
The role: Customer Service Administrators will work in a tight knit team and be responsible for a wide range of duties. The role involves: * Making & receiving calls * Advising clients on the business’ products & services * Problem solving * Taking ownership of tasks * Supporting other departments * Administration * Taking on additional responsibility from Senior staff * Working in a fast-paced role, where no two days are the same
The package: Customer Service Administrators will earn £18,000 per annum based on experience. Working hours are 37.5 per week – 8 to 4.30 between Monday & Friday. Requirements: Experience in a similar role is required. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who enjoys taking on additional responsibility
