What will a typical day at PassMeFast look like?
As a Customer Service Operations Manager, you’ll be in charge of ensuring that every aspect of both the client-facing business and our back office operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is an exciting and varied role that will keep you on your toes. One day you’ll be working with the bookings team organising holiday cover and chairing meetings, the next you’ll be communicating new procedures to our driving instructors (ADIs) and dealing with complaints. You’ll also be required to oversee and monitor key administrative tasks, such as the processing of refunds and data input for employee performance metrics.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be an expert multitasker who thrives under pressure and displays excellent interpersonal skills. We’re looking for a highly organised people person who wants to make a big impact in a growing company.

We need someone who is outgoing, detail oriented and has at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Delivering exceptional customer service is second nature to you, but you also have the technical mindset required to master the operational aspects of the role.
You should be ready to take on new systems, be highly communicative and excel in high pressure situations.
You’re enthusiastic, with boundless energy for what you do. You know where your strengths lie and aren’t afraid to show them off.
