City, Manchester Mawdsley You will join us as a Customer Service Advisor resolving and finalising complex queries raised from Hospital procurement departments.
Customer Services Advisor Responsibilities:
– Processing accurately Hospital orders received via fax / email or phone call. – Goods receiving administration. – Developing and maintaining relationships with Hospital procurement Teams, provide daily information on existing orders. – Order taking, data entry, customer service, telephone, filing.
Customer Services Advisor Requirements:
– Educated to GCSE standard, minimum Maths / English. – Basic excel / word knowledge. – Telephone Customer Service / order experience.
Desirable skills / experience:
– Pharmaceutical product knowledge. – Pharmacy assistant / dispenser experience. – Warehouse experience. – Experience with Purchasing and logistics.
