Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their easy-going team based right in the heart of Manchester. A fundamental part of this role will be working with your clients to develop their interfaces and tagging which will be frequently revisited to ensure efficacy. Main Roles and Responsibilities of Digital Account Manager:
Help the agency gain new clients.
Work closely alongside insight teams to ensure all decisions are educated by data.
Review data routinely to ensure it is properly classified and remains relevant to the client’s goals.
Comparing against other data providers promptly and feedback to the client / agency why data across platforms are different to ensure user confidence in the data.
Working with both in-house and external teams to continuously improve user experience.
Ensure that the correct data is being gathered and the appropriate channel traffic is categorised.
Making sure that additional data sources are being reported correctly.
Key Skills and Attributes of Digital Account Manager:
2 years + experience in an Account Manager role.
Excellent communication skills.
Natural creative flair and a good eye for detail.
Capable of working well as part of a team.
Great organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Extremely motivated and driven to meet consumer targets.
Resourceful and a creative thinker with the ability to succeed.
