Due to expansion, my client are on the lookout for a skilled, motivated and client focussed Account Manager. The successful candidate will join an established team of professionals, working on amazing projects with some incredible clients.
This role will provide an amazing opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects, delivering top quality solutions to a wide range of very impressive clients. As an Account Manager working within the client services team, you will be working with a wide range of in-house teams to provide high quality client satisfaction.
My client are an established digital web agency that were founded over fifteen years ago. In that time, they have seen year on year growth with the addition of new services on offer and an ever growing team of highly skilled individuals.
An Account Manager will:
Engage in day-to-day contact with clients, handling incoming support issues
Respond to client requests, to maintain our high level of customer service
Translate client requirements to the technical team, for an efficient resolution.
Maintain relationships with client contacts and update detailed CRM records.
Draft and present service proposals, leading bid preparation and pitches.
An ideal candidate will be:
An excellent communicator, happy to work with both clients and as part of a team.
You will ideally have experience within an Account Manager position within the digital industry.
Well-organised, with outstanding time-management.
Familiar with CRM systems, Project Management tools, Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude when faced with challenges.
