My client is a large global Financial Services Organisation. Based in a friendly HR and Payroll combined team you will be working on processing of the monthly payroll across the business. Our client is looking for an experienced German Speaking Payroll Analyst to join them on a permanent basis
To manage the payroll service for Germany as well as supporting the HR International Operations Provide support where necessary with direction from HR Senior Management. Support EMEA Projects and Assist in Client meetings with country stakeholders. As part of this role you Must be willing to travel.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll across countries
Communicating with German stakeholders
Develop and document payroll processes for different countries and advising on improvements
Setting up new starts and processing leavers
Working on EMEA projects
Effectively resolving queries relating to pay
Pensions advice and processing
Annual salary and bonus review, and the budget planning process, working closely with the HR and Finance department.
Other ad hoc duties as required
Substantive payroll experience
Good excel skills
Experience of dealing with stock exercise queries and resolving issues relating to payment.
Knowledge of German Tax requirements.
German verbal and written language
Strong manual calculation ability
Ideally have international payroll knowledge – German
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good systems skills including MS Excel, Sage
