We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented Executive PA to join our team. The role will provide a high level of personal administrative assistance to those Partners and Managers engaged in leading the business services functions within the firm, providing particular administrative support to the Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director.
The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal, organisational, verbal and written communication skills and will have previous experience providing PA support to senior management in a professional services environment. Excellent MS Office skills, a flexible approach to fulfilling the duties of the post and the ability to carry out multiple and varied tasks simultaneously is essential.
Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post and corresponding on behalf of the leadership team, where appropriate.
Full diary management of meetings and appointments.
Organise UK and international travel for the leadership team.
Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings, training, conferences etc.
Capturing and preparing confidential meeting minutes and recording key action points.
Undertaking research, producing documents, creating reports and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
Implementing and maintaining effective administrative procedures and systems
Undertaking general administrative duties and provide ad hoc support on a number of key projects across the business services functions.
Promoting and complying with legislation and Myerson’s policies on equal opportunities and health and safety both in the delivery of services and the treatment of others.
Dealing with personal and highly sensitive information in relation to the above activities, maintaining absolute confidentiality at all times.
The successful candidate will have:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent MS Office skills
Previous experience of working as a PA
