We are currently working with one of the largest global property agencies who are instructed to help sell a luxury scheme based in Central Manchester. Our client is seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant who holds a wealth of on-site experience, selling high end properties off plan.
You must be comfortable with generating and following up on leads, conducting home demonstrations and be able to close sales efficiently and courteously.

Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
Weekend work is required
Management of the company’s database: ensuring seamless track of all data
Working closely within a team to ensure all targets are exceeded
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Researching the market to provide clients with up to date knowledge and information on the development and surrounding area
Able to work autonomously
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Represent the developer’s brand to the highest of standards
Have experience within New Homes Sales or Property Sales
Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Be personable, well presented, and composed at all times
Have immaculate communication and presentation skills
Be an active team player, encouraging their team and themselves to succeed
Be self-motivated, determined, and efficient
Salary between £25,000-£30,000 + Competitive commission structure
