The Head of EDI will lead the University’s ambition to enable a truly inclusive & diverse culture to support the delivery of their 2 vision. This role will focus on providing first-class thought leadership, creating a clear EDI vision, and leading on the development and implementation of Equality Charter marks such as Athena SWAN and the Race Equality Charter.
