I am currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Advisor to work for a market leading Business Management company based in Wythenshawe. This is a great opportunity to work within a lovely team who work hard but also have fun. They are offering a starting salary of £17,000 with great development prospects within the future.
Your day to day responsibilities will involve:
Dealing with inbound queries (B2B) from clients and suppliers
Taking ownership of any queries that arise and seeing this through to resolution
Communicating efficiently and educating clients over the phone
Administration duties and after-call work
To be considered for the role you must have:
A fantastic telephone manner
Customer Services experience (face to face will be considered)
A good level of IT
Relationship building skills
