Our Client is looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join a team in Manchester.
You will be based at Manchester GMEX Area in the Temporary Hospital Nightingale.
We require 4 Helpdesk Operators.
You will need previous Helpdesk experience and ideally some CAFM experience.
You will be helping with the engineering, cleaning and porterage element of the site. Taking calls, logging calls on CAFM and liaising with the relevant teams to help with a resolution.
It will be a fast passed role and you will need to be someone who is not only self-driven, but someone who can think on their feet and work out solutions independently.
You will part of two person team. Working either 7am – 3pm OR 11am – 7pm on a rotation (to be confirmed).
There is also a nightshirt available 7pm – 7am (although we may fill this internally) .
Free parking on site. Training Saturday 11th April & Sunday 12th April
