Creative Support is a national not-for-profit organisation that is looking to recruit warm and person centred individuals in the Wythenshawe area to provide the highest standards of care to individuals within our Young Person’s Scheme, which supports people with mental health.
Your role as Housing Support Worker will be to ensure that a high quality service is maintained at all times, taking delegated duties for key functions and tasks as directed by senior staff. You will also ensure support is provided to young people with mental health needs, with a view to increasing independence for move on to less supported accommodation. The contracted hours for the role will be worked on a shift pattern and are full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time.

Our training department offers a wide range of training sessions and as a senior practitioner and supervisor, we are keen to develop this further. There is an opportunity to complete a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care level 2 -5 for those who are seeking to develop within the social care sector.
