Your HR role will include assisting the HR administrative team in providing the best service to their employees and internal stakeholders by delivering an accurate and efficient administration service.
Your key responsibilities as an HR Administration Team Leader include maintenance of accurate computerised employee data, including their leave, staff benefits, payroll administration and statutory payments. You will be preparing MI, assisting HR reporting and facilitating regular system and contract audits to ensure the company’s contract framework. You will be supporting the HR manager with new projects aligned to improve the administration of the department, coordinate the recruitment process and administer HR-related documentation.
