HR Advisor (International)

We currently have well established International offices in Asia (Singapore and Hong Kong) and the GCC (Dubai, Oman and Qatar), as well as a recent office opening in Germany (Hamburg), leading the way to plans for future expansion into Europe.
International experience is not necessary for this role, however is preferable. Ideally, we are looking for a keen advisor who is willing to learn the International aspect of this role and take responsibility in acting as an expert on local compliance requirements in relation to employment.
Our HR Advisors provide comprehensive operational HR support to our fee earning teams and business services areas. The role can be based in either Leeds, London or Manchester, with some travel to the other UK offices, as required. With this role, there is also an expectation that occasional travel will be necessary to our International offices.
Our HR Advisor for International will, alongside providing HR support to our International offices, also be expected to support on one or more of our UK business services groups.
HR for our International offices
The HR team for our International offices is expected to deliver the same basic set of HR and employee relations duties as our UK client base HR Operational teams, but with the added complexity and nuances of varied jurisdictions, laws and regulations, time zones and cultures.
