My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR team on a permanent basis.Your new roleReporting to the HR Manager, you will act as an internal HR consultant to senior managers within the organisation to create people focused solutions tailored to ensure the successful delivery of the organisation’s vision, values and ambitions. You would lead on specific strategic projects to support desired outcomes in the areas of Attraction, Retention, Health and Wellbeing, Engagement and Leadership Development to support the delivery of the People Services Strategy. As a HR Business partner, you will also provide generalist support to the business including employee relations case work and providing up to date employment law advice.What you’ll need to succeedWe are looking for candidates with a strong HR generalist background who can thrive under pressure, adapt to and be flexible to the demands of the role. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator & be able to demonstrate strong project management skills at business partner level. The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background as well as experience of working with trade unions & employee representatives. You must be a strong team player with a flexible approach to change.
