Your new company National Healthcare Public Sector Body with 4 locations across greater Manchester are seeking to appoint an experienced HR officer for an interesting HR support role.
Your new role You’ll provide confident HR support to the operational managers across 4 locations. The predominant focus of this role will be an driving an initiative to improve absence and attendance levels by supporting managers to utilise and enforce the existing policy and procedure. Using your prior experience within HR support roles you’ll be able to build successful working relationships to influence and persuade key stakeholders. The role will also involved general ad-hoc HR advice & support and you will be fully support by the HRBP’s and wider HR team. What you’ll need to succeed
* Proven Experience within a support HR role * Good Hr policy and [procedural working knowledge * Confident ability to support line managers * Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills * Confident levels of IT literacy * Stakeholder Management * Excellent Organisational & Administrative Skills
What you’ll get in return £11.94 Hourly Rate of Pay Temporary contract until March 2020 Potential for Permanent Role Excellent Development Opportunity.
