A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a personable, organised and ‘well rounded’ Office Manager to join a successful Dealer Group in Manchester! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is looking for an incredibly challenging role.
Successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Providing support to the Head of Business and Senior Management team • Recruitment; advertising, liaising with Employment Agencies to arrange interviews etc., typing offer letters, requesting references and preparing starter documents, liaising with the HR Department when necessary • Acting as a central point of contact for dealership when necessary • Keeping the Manager’s Outlook diary up to date with meetings, interviews and travel • Organising training for staff • Processing all the invoices within the dealership – liaising with accounts and HR as required • Maintaining personal records for all 160+ dealership staff • Assist and organise promotional events for the dealership
To be considered for this role you must be:
• Organised, Hardworking and process driven which will ensure you are able to hit the ground running and make sure all tasks are completed • Excellent written and verbal communication to ensure great telephone manner and allow you to great all clients and suppliers in a professional way • Strong attention to detail, trustworthy and committed • Be able to deal with various tasks at the same time and know everything is under control • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel • Committed to providing a great service for Clients and Co-workers alike will ensure a great impression of the company and encourage repeat business!
This is a full time permanent role with 40h per week Monday till Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. Client is looking to offer competitive salary!
