Aldermore Group was formed in 2019 by bringing together two very successful businesses under the First Rand umbrella. Whilst our parent operates internationally, with their HQ in South Africa, the Aldermore Group is a UK based financial services specialist that supports our customers across a range of products and services.
The People Team looks after all things people related and helps our colleagues, managers and leaders have the best experience they can with Aldermore. Our work supports our own people to fulfil their hopes and dreams by supporting them as they join our business, develop their skills, deliver strong performance and receive the rewards (and Awards!) for what they achieve.
The role of PA to the Directors in the team is really important as it keeps the machine moving and enables us all to deliver for our colleagues, day in and day out.
You’ll report into the Director – People Services, who will be your line manager and responsible for important things like performance review meetings, 1-1s and development conversations. You’ll also provide support to the Group People Director and who other senior leaders in the team (Head of Reward and Director – Organisation Effectiveness).

Hopefully it goes without saying that you will be a whizz with all the usual Microsoft programmes that we use in our day to day lives, diary management happens in Outlook, and if you know your way around Powerpoint, we’ll be very happy!
