Are you looking for a Part-time Weekend Resourcer role with a work/life balance?

Then this is the job for you!

This is a temporary position starting immediately, therefore you must be able to start ASAP this position will turn permanent for the right candidate. As a Part-Time Recruitment Resourcer we are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As this role is predominantly phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator. This role is a complex and varied role, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their customer service skills further. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

The Job:

• Taking messages from clients
• Booking people onto live shifts
• Matching skills to relevant jobs
• Providing administration support
• Various ad hoc duties
• Logging all information accurately on the in-house system

Hours of work:

On call from 6pm on Friday until 8am on a Monday morning. Phone lines are closed between 11pm and 6am each day

Have you got the following experience or skills?

• Experience of phone work, your job is all about speaking to people
• Career minded, hard working and driven.
• Confident with the ability to build rapport.
• Ability to nurture relationships
