We have an exciting opportunity for a Post-Results Coordinator to join AQA in a fast-paced and changing environment within the Orders, Data Control and Results team. In this role you will be supporting the Post-Results Manager in delivering regulatory compliance, behavioural change and excellent support for customers, associates and stakeholders in reviews of results.
The successful candidate will be supporting on leading the post results reviews and ensuring clear and realistic plans are in place to deliver this service. Providing clear guidance, training and information for internal and external customers to deliver excellent customer support. They will be monitoring and reporting on processes, while managing risks effectively, supporting continuous improvement and providing appropriate updates to stakeholders.
•maintaining effective oversight of post-results and the reviews ensuring processes and plans meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations
•supporting management and monitoring performance against the budget including seasonal resource costs and series related costs
•creating an environment where team members feel valued and supported to achieve their best and continue to make improvements
•building great relationships with our internal and external customers
•developing and improving services, to benefit customers and the team
•demonstrating commercial flexibility by undertaking other responsibilities
•supporting continuous improvement activities through the development and delivery of detailed training plans and associated materials for associates & staff.
