This expanding global supplier of bespoke capital machinery seeks an ambitious and motivated Project Manager, who is experienced in managing the installation of large scale capital kit.
Projects based in Weybridge – Candidates to be located within 1 hour of site
6 Month Contract with the option to extend for the right individual
£350 -£400 per day
This is an outstanding opportunity working for a market-leading design and manufacturer of large scale environmental systems and machinery. The business is currently trebling the size of the Manchester site and this role represents a key focus for the business.

The Project Manager plans, coordinates, and manages the execution of various complex equipment installation projects based in the Surrey area. Ensuring adherence to all project performance targets such as timing, cost, quality, and ultimate achievement of division revenue goals and objectives.
The person with be working directly with clients and their contractors in getting their facility ready for the arrival of equipment. Clear, honest and frequent communication with project owners is required. This person will gather equipment and site-specific details, adhere to project plans, counsel on safe work conditions, presents both supervised and turn-key installation solutions and oversees the overall delivery of equipment. The Project Site Manager interacts with various teams, departments, clients, and agencies to ensure the project is delivered in a safe and timely manner.
Qualifications / Requirements
To apply for this position you must have experience of managing the installation of large scale capital kit, such as Manufacturing or Production machinery. Applicants without such experience can not be considered at this stage.
5 years of previous project management/site management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Appropriate CSCS card, SMSTS certificate and first aid
Occasional travel either locally, nationally, maybe required.
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
