Residential Property Manager required for a leading multi-branch Estate Agency based at their Property Management division in Hale, South Manchester.
Strong starting salary package of up to £22,000 + bonus (OTE £24,000)

* Management of a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties * Ensure that maintenance problems are dealt with effectively and in an appropriate time-scale * Management of end of tenancy check outs and deposit release * Management of tenancy renewals * Handling and management of any disputes or arrears * Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures * Ensure gas & electric certificates are up to date * Maintaining keys and key register * Providing management information when required * Tenant and landlord liaison * Working alongside the Lettings negotiator to progress tenancies to completion
* Previous experience working within Property Management (at least 1-2 years) * Technical knowledge and confidence to resolve maintenance issues upon initial call from tenant * Ability to create relationships and maintain trust levels to the highest standards * Forward thinking with ability to identify opportunities to improve processes within the department * Ability to work on your own and in a team * Good understanding of Residential Property Management and current Legislations * Full UK drivers licence
