Property Manager working for a well run Manchester business.
Your new company
Your new company is a well established specialist retail business based in Manchester. They supply a range of different clients and are going through a really exciting period of growth. As well as working within the retail industry they also own a number of properties across the Greater Manchester and the wider North West.
Your new role
In your new role you will be working closely with the Sales Manager and Managing Director, handling the management of a number of key residential properties across the business. You will manage a growing portfolio of 6 properties, handling all services, check ins, new bookings, tenant liaisons and much more. You will also support renovation projects of properties and handling service charges, rent and other finances. This role will grow, as the company are often looking for new properties and already have a number of leads for new venture in the pipeline.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have property management experience, having managed a range of commercial and residential properties in the past. You will need to have experience with holiday lets, air b&b, (url removed) and similar booking systems. This role will suit someone who has a good understanding of the construction industry, and has contacts that could be useful for renovation and refurbishment projects. Driving to and from locations will also be essential so you must have a UK driving license.
