We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Call Assessor to join our growing team to drive the performance of the telesales teams through the delivery of ongoing coaching and development.
The role One of the driving forces behind our on-going success is our exceptional sales department. The role of Quality and Call Assessor is critical to the on-going success of the sales team. Your role will be to listen and assess the Sales Executives call structure and feedback on development areas to the management team.
It is a very busy, fast-paced environment and a pro-active, flexible approach is critical. Ideally with a background in a similar role and with a sales focus; your quality, organisational and communication skills will also be tested. Day to Day Responsibilities
Completing call assessments with a minimum of 50% of the working day focussed on this
Provide weekly and monthly reports to Head of Digital Sales
Produce quality statistics for the daily Management meetings
Identify trends and training requirements across the sales team
Communicate and provide constructive feedback when identifying issues with the Floor Managers and Sales Executives
