• Research and develop new business
• Locate potential clients and candidates
• Understand clients’ and candidates’ needs
• Generate and maintain clients and candidates
• Offer advice based on these needs and the context of your own market knowledge.

• Experience working in a 360 recruitment role
• Motivated by success

• Proven track record of generating and maintaining business
• Excellent communications skills (telephone and face to face)
