Working for a large healthcare organisation providing community-based care throughout the UK. As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be supporting with a high volume of vacancies to support the branch network.
As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be going through candidate applications for various roles throughout the company that are non-care vacancies. These could include IT roles, admin, customer service.
As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be pre-screening candidates, short-listing, organising interviews.
Managing the full end to end recruitment process.
Posting job adverts, updating Excel and maintaining Excel database.
Liaising with hiring managers on progress.
Organising offer letters, new starter paperwork and compliance checks.
Previous experience within recruitment (1-2 years) is essential either recruitment agency experience, internal recruitment or talent management
High attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills
Outstanding relationship building
Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel
Be able to hit the ground running
Hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £12.82 per hour (approximately £25,000 per annum)
