Pulse nursing is currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join them in their busy Manchester office.
Under the direction of the Business Manager, The Recruitment Consultant maintains and builds on current gross margin by generating revenue, ensuring that sales and profitability meets and exceeds budget forecasted for the team /sector.
A ‘hands on’ operational sales role in maintaining relationships with existing clients and building new client relationships. Generate vacancies from clients, then match candidate with relevant qualifications/experience to vacancies. Ensuring the highest quality control for the desk and sector.
Source and record vacancy information including details such as duties, working conditions, hours, pay rates and any relevant experience
Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue margins within agreed budgeted costs
Achieve agreed KPIs
Undertake client visits under the direction and supervision of a Manager
Develop relationships within client organisations
Manage client ‘s needs
Maintain ongoing relationship with candidates, whether available to work or not
Canvass for new clients
Canvass for new bookings
Build and maintain client data base
Ensure compliance and quality control documentation (eg CRB checks) has been completed prior to assignment to clients
Prepare CV and correspondence to forward to client
Confirming candidate interview schedule
Advise candidates of the success or failure of their application
Canvass for new candidates through referrals
Conduct candidate pre-screen’s
Ongoing candidate availability calling
Ensure all checks are carried out in line with company standards
Responsibility for answering incoming calls efficiently – presenting a professional and businesslike manner at all times
Resolve complaints/problems quickly & accurately following appropriate procedure
Adheres to the company’s’ health and safety policies and procedures, reporting issues to management if required.
