Responsible for a defined regional portfolio of customers and build long term relationships
Liaise with RMs to support sales consultation and production of quotes and information.
Understand your customers’ energy usage, relationships and procurement requirements.
Manage your portfolio in line with KPIs through the indicative budget forecast process.
Co-ordination and management of sending contract proposals to customers
Management of acceptance process and interaction with customers to point of registration.
Escalate queries and contractual disputes where applicable.
Prepare monthly energy reports for customers on flexible purchasing agreements.
Identify new business opportunities with current customers.
Attend conferences if required.
Experience of building relationships with B2B customers – excellent communication skills.
Carry out data analysis and problem solving.
Technical understanding of Gas and Electricity supply industry would be an advantage.
Good telephone manner – selling and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail in time pressured situations.
Represent the company at external meetings and events
Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Full UK driving license and a willingness to visit customers.
