With strong directional ambitions, they are looking for the very best in the business to assist them in becoming the number one Agency in Manchester.

Key responsibilities of the Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
Accompanied viewings and prospective buyers or tenants
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers or tenants.
Understanding the customers’ needs and selling to them needs.
Processing payments (deposits and first month’s rent).
Managing your list of applicants and making sure they are always up to date.
Making sure all aspects of your work meets legal requirements.
Working as part of a team and assisting in any way to help that team.
The Sales and Letting Negotiator role would suit someone with the following credentials:
At least 12 months experience working in an Estate Agency
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literate (competent IT skills).
Negotiation, sales and marketing skills.
The ability to build good working relationships with a wide range of individuals.
The ability to work well under pressure.
Strong organisational skills.
A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually.
Enjoy working in a fast paced and demanding environment.
Enjoy working in a team environment.
Full UK driving licence and own car.
