UK support functions
From Finance and IT, to Marketing and People (HR) our support functions are the backbone of our UK operations. We may not deal directly with our customers, but we play an absolutely vital role in making sure that our customer-facing teams get all the support they need to deliver the very best service.
What’s a typical day?
Supporting the delivery of data for Commercial teams, ensuring their performance is measured accurately, any risks and/or opportunities are identified, and that reward & recognition is in line with business expectations.
Producing plans, reports & preparing presentations for the senior manager within the sales performance team and the sales performance managers as required.
Analysis of reporting linking to the success of the sales plan.
Collate, analyse and produce reports using data from identified sources.
Create financial and statistical reports for sales managers.
Record all interactions relating to clients promptly and accurately on appropriate Bupa systems.
What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for supporting the Commercial team in the delivery of AOP by providing analysis and management information to drive sales volumes & revenue and identifying any risks/opportunities
To provide technical advice, guidance and information regarding Sales Incentives for the relevant Sales channels, ensuring accuracy of measurement, timely payment and clear, user friendly reporting of data
To support the Management Team and Account Managers to ensure activities are in line with the Sales and Operational activity.
To add value to internal business relationships, including Intermediaries by supporting account managers with data analysis, interpretation and professional report and plan creation.
To work closely with relevant Sales channels to provide trend and sales analysis that can be used to improve sales performance, service level management and problem & incident management.
To develop close working relationships with business unit functions and act as a support with the provision of information for the Sales Performance Manager.
