Science teacher required for a September start in a SEMH school on the edge of the beautiful New Forest. The school deals with children who have been removed from mainstream education, suffering from social, emotional and mental health issues. The school ensure each child has a bespoke timetable to support all their needs. The school recognises the importance of helping pupils to reach their full potential by enabling the students to develop problem solving skills to promote independence both in school and in transition to adult life allowing them to be included in all aspects of school life and society. The successful candidate would be well-supported within the department by a team who have a range of skills and are willing to offer support to help develop your own development. The post would suit an experienced or new qualified teacher who has experience in working with SEMH children before.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
**NQT/QTS or equivalent
**Minimum 1 year Maths teaching in the UK (Desirable)
**Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
**Hold Right to Work in the UK
**Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
**Provide two professional child related reference
