Senior Development Manager Full Time

Our client, a reputable Housing Association based in Greater Manchester, is currently recruiting for a Senior Development Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The rate for this position is competitive.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

* Line management of a team of four Operations Managers to ensure efficient delivery of projects

* Establishing and maintaining effective project management processes and partnership relationships and

ensuring delivery of projects and programmes meet growth strategy and development standards

* Assist the Head of Growth and Head of Development in the development and delivery of a programme of

new properties, regeneration schemes and the acquisition of properties

* Manage team growth and regeneration staff to deliver the programme

* Bring forward and negotiate terms for growth and regeneration opportunities

* Establish and manipulate multi tenure and phased scheme appraisals and be able to demonstrate project

* Manage complex projects setting directions and delivery frameworks for project teams and across

programmes, proposing scheduling with regard to programme parameters and annual budgets

* Develop effective relationships with partners, resident groups and stakeholders

The successful candidate must be/have:

* Their own car and a clean driving license
