A first-class opportunity for a proactive HR Advisor has arisen to join a global industrial business on an 8 month fixed term contract. Supporting the management throughout the business, you will be required to develop a thorough understanding of the business and deliver a comprehensive HR service to promote best practice and help underpin performance.
Adept in the full range of generalist HR skills, you will draw on your expertise especially across employee relations, performance management, restructuring, employee training & development and resourcing.
Established working standalone or with remote management, you will have a confident & creative approach to HR and thrive on the challenge of providing pragmatic HR advice & guidance. Key to your success will be your ability to use your highly honed coaching skills to build credible relationships across the business to help develop the management population.
You will have ideally gained experience within a multi-site industrial environment and hold CIPD level 5. Previous experience of managing redundancy consultations is essential and TUPE experience desired. There will be a requirement to travel across sites and candidates will be expected to hold full UK driving licence.
