You’ll be the face of our company and brand in those communities.
Each day you will be in contact with our customers, whether it’s in person or communication via telephone and email. You will have the foresight to spot potential issues that make an impact on public perception. Alongside this, it’ll be up to you to lead on engagement activities with customers during critical stages of a project. An important part of the role will be creating and implementing stakeholder plans and, also dealing with Reputation Management on behalf of our client.
