Experienced project managers / programme managers with expertise in Human Capital Management and Workforce Management are invited to join this growing team within a leading solutions provider. Cloud based SaaS solutions incorporating Payroll, T&A, WFM and HR. Established brand, great reputation, single continually updated platform. You musthave at least 5 years’ experience of delivering projects to external clients of a software company or consultancy and

• strong skills in project management / programme managment of configurable software solutions, ideally Saas based
• familiarity with either Payroll or HR or WFM, or closely related solutions
• experience of working with formal software methodologies and willingness to adapt to our approach, combining Waterfall with Agile
• good customer facing skills
• enthusiasm and the motivation to play a role in a growing team and deliver excellent service to clients.

Senior Project Managers must have 5+ years HCM / WFM project management experience and will manage a small number of significant projects concurrently for different client companies or a single large programme for one client at a time. Up to 30% travel UK wide.

We also have Project Manager roles available for candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience who will manage many small to medium sizes projects for different clients.
