Service Centre Team Member required on a full-time,permanent basis for a leading interactive games and software company based in Wellesbourne. Benefitting from a salary of £20,000 per annum.
A leader in the global entertainment industry who publishes and distributes video games and amusement arcade products, is looking for a Service Centre Team Member to join them in their new workshop in Wellesbourne on a permanent basis.
The role of a Service Centre Team Member will require you to be highly organised, with the ability to multitask and to be comfortable prioritising your workload. You will enjoy interacting with customers and other departments; either face to face, on the telephone or via email. Previous customer service administrative experience, either in a customer support or service coordination role is desirable.
