As Software Engineering Manager you will be part of one of the best-funded new businesses in UK history with £80m already secured.
This role will give you the opportunity to disrupt a market worth £50billion a year and be part of a world-class engineering-function for a hot new brand.
In its first year this company has experienced unprecedented growth and have now have six engineering teams. In order to accelerate their platform development and continue building out the team’s capabilities, they are looking to hire multiple Software Engineering Managers to support, guide and grow their Engineering teams.
You will be responsible for one of their brilliant teams made up of up to six Engineers and a Quality Engineer who will report to you, and a Product Manager and Product Designer who you will work in partnership with.
You will be accountable for both predictable delivery and high-quality output of your team and will measure the success of your team through the frequent production of high-quality code and fast pace of delivery to their customers.
This role would suit an experienced Software Engineering Manager who values a quality first approach, TDD, developing members of their team, and measuring the success of their teams through metrics.
