The role of the Technical Account Manager is to manage the integration of the company’s services with its customers. This role has become available due to a promotion, so you’ll be joining a well-established team, delivering projects across the UK and Europe.
As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll have strong technical skills, the experience of project management and knowledge of EDI is essential. You’ll be working with a range of internal teams and will have to continually manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders. Superb account management techniques will mean projects are delivered smoothly and effectively every time.

In return, our client is offering a salary range between £35-40,000 plus a performance-related bonus of up to 10%, with offices in a fantastic Cambridge location with easy access from the A14.
