Customer Sales Assistant – So what is this role about?

Our ideal team will be energetic and ambitious, and eager to get into all aspects of the business – both in ensuring that every customer has a fantastic experience, and also encouraging customer sales and acquisitions.

Daily, you will:

• Treat your team like family, look after them and be passionate about each others development.
• Be part of the event and residential customer services, sales and promotions team
• Working face to face with our customers to provide award-winning customer service
• Approaching potential customers at high footfall locations to promote a range of products and conduct product presentations
• Acquire new customers with strong sales retentions
• Responsible for completing customer sale registrations
